Documented to the letter
Every position is supported by the facts, the hours, and the paperwork before it ever touches a return.
Working with Bement & Company, CPAs, we build your tax mitigation strategy, implement it alongside you, run your quarterly reviews, and handle your year-end process — then coordinate the rest of your financial life so it works as one. Conservative, documented, and built to withstand scrutiny.
No fluff. Here is exactly why most high-earning physicians keep more of their income on paper than in their pocket — and what we do about it.
A surgeon's W-2 income carries one of the heaviest tax burdens of any profession — without the strategies the self-employed and real-estate developers use every year.
The mitigation exists and it's legal. Researching it, sequencing it, and assembling it correctly is a second job — one you don't have the hours for.
Your CPA, attorney, insurance agent, and lender each see one piece. No one owns the whole picture, so strategies stall between offices.
Material participation, hour logs, and documentation decide whether the deduction holds. Most plans fail in the paperwork, not the idea.
We handle all of it. We build the strategy with your CPA, implement it with you, and keep every professional working from one plan — so the plan you know you should have actually gets built and maintained.
We don't dabble in gray. Every strategy we recommend is either clearly legal and fully documentable — or it's a no-go. No aggressive positions you'd have to defend, no structures that fall apart under examination. Conservative, substantiated, and built to hold.
Every position is supported by the facts, the hours, and the paperwork before it ever touches a return.
If we wouldn't be comfortable explaining it across the table from an examiner, we don't recommend it.
Permanent savings and tax deferral are always shown separately — never blended into one inflated headline.
One relationship that runs the whole year — not a binder handed over and forgotten.
We read your prior three years of returns and map your full picture — income, entities, exposure, and household cash flow.
We build a coordinated tax and financial strategy with our vetted team — or alongside the CPA and attorney you already trust.
We set it up with you and carry the heavy lifting — every piece executed, nothing left undone.
Quarterly tax meetings, year-end processing, and ongoing check-ins keep everything current.
A single, transparent fee. No commissions, no product sales, no surprises — we're paid by you, so we answer only to you.
Also available — members are invited to our annual Deer Valley retreat, an exclusive gathering with economists, real-estate experts, and our partners (attendance by separate paid invitation).
Guidance through a real-estate purchase and the material-participation requirements that follow, when your plan calls for it, is quoted separately and paid only by you — never by a seller, agent, or operator. The retainer covers coordination, planning, and implementation support. Tax advice, tax positions, and filings are provided and signed by Bement & Company, a licensed CPA firm. 100 Physicians, LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm, insurance agency, or CPA firm, and does not recommend, sell, or arrange investments in securities.
Our principals invest their own capital in real estate, and we work with operators who build, own, and manage what they develop — their own general contractors, with their own capital in every project. These projects reflect experience, not offerings. Nothing here is available through this firm, and we receive no compensation from any operator.
Much of the best self-storage in the country is owned by operators who never advertise. They build by relationship, raise from a small circle of repeat investors, and are measured by their track record rather than their marketing. Our principals have invested personally alongside operators of this caliber and know the people who run them.

For physicians using short-term rental in a tax plan, the network is already built — licensed agents, property management, design, and installation, coordinated on one timeline. The participation that earns the position is spent only where it counts.
Direct real-estate ownership is often central to a physician's tax plan. We help you understand the requirements, coordinate the professionals, and document participation. We do not sell, recommend, or arrange investments in securities, and we are paid only by you.

We only want to work with physicians we can genuinely help. After your three-year review and strategy build, if we don't identify a clear path to value that meaningfully exceeds your fee, you owe nothing — and we'll point you in a better direction with our blessing.
A few questions help us understand your situation before we talk. If it looks like a fit, we'll reach out to schedule a conversation — no pressure, both ways.
